I am really disappointed in the customer service today. Have been trying to call all day with the local number and no one is answering the phone. Why list the local number if no one is going to answer the line. Trying to track a package that had arrived in Arthur on Monday and still not received by the recipient. This is so sad and totally unacceptable. Our entire postal system needs overhauling, worse service I have ever seen nationwide. Why are we allowing Amazon to pay nothing while our personal mail is lost, delayed and underprocessed.
