We are a small family owned landscaping company that has mowed this post office since 2022 on a weekly basis. It has always taken an effort to get them to pay for our services but we continued anyway. This year I was informed that they will not be paying for the mows we did in September because Domeica Hendrix (the new postmaster) did not authorize weekly. We have always mowed weekly and if she did not want us to she should have told us. She also stated that she told us to stop mowing in August but we mowed until September 22. We had the conversation to stop mowing on September 23. She has been caught in several lies to me in the month it took me to get the payment so she lacks integrity. The interim postmaster from West Dundee, Kimberly Eaton, paid us at the end of the year last year without having to get "authorization" but was extremely rude and hung up on me when I called for payment. If you do any services for this post office beware that you might not get paid. We service other post offices and they do not treat us this way and pay promptly without having to "submit it for approval"

This is by far the slowest post office I have ever encountered. My mail is always late and when you go into the post office for something they are super slow and all have a bad attitude and they all have a mean look on their faces.
