I sent a check to a contractor that is located in Post falls. Foam Tech at 4137 E. 3rd Ave. They have 2 of the 3 suites in this building A and B. I was shocked when I got the check back stating that Insufficient Address as I did not put a suite number on it. There is a reason that many people really do not like to use USPS and this is just one of them. For what you charge for postage, the postal carrier for that location knows good and well where they are and who is there. This level of unprofessional behavior is just pure greed and laziness. You should be ashamed. I wish there was a zero-star option for the rating.
