Why are you not delivering or picking up from street addresses. Your lack of consistency is terrible and your service is sub-par at best. Attitudes in the actual post need some adjusting as well. Very bad customer service on a regular basis.

We have had several issues with delivery and pick-up. It is my understanding that pick-up is supposed to happen regardless of whether mail is delivered or not. Non-delivery and pickup has posed a problem and has been costly due to late fees occurring because of both delayed delivery and non-pick of mail. Please respond as to why this is happening.

What’s going on with our Hailey Post Office these days? Mail handling is very slow and, in general service is poor. An associate sent a package and repeatedly checked Tracking, only to find out two weeks later that it had never even left the Hailey Post Office. A friend got 5 weeks of her People magazine subscription all at once last week. Now they’re closing the counter every day from 12:00-12:45pm for lunch. This is the time of day that a lot of working people use to take care of business for their employer, as well as their own personal business. For many of the them, their lunch hour is the only time they can take care of this business. Local residents depend on the Hailey Post Office for their mailing needs. Some of us are beginning to think the Hailey Post Office is in a state of emergency!! Please get them some help ASAP!!! Thanks for listening!

The mail is not regularly picked up it can sit in the box for days and days. Until I finally take it myself. I receive other peoples mail almost daily so I am assuming others get ours. I set up for a pick up today and I put the boxes on the porch at 7:28 am. They are still there. I am concerned no one will pick them up and i will need to deal with it again. Really horrible service
