Took a return parcel at 2:00 pm May 9. Lady with huge false eyelashes, behind the counter, scanned the QR code, printed a label, then stated that because the parcel was not 4" across that I would not receive a receipt. I asked why a wrap around was not acceptable and she stated the entire label must be visible. I may not be credited for the return of this parcel without a tracking nu.ber or receipt. I left the building, but called 20 minutes later, and talked to the much shorter female. I asked how tubes are accepted if wrap around labels are not acceptable, and she said wrap around labels are acceptable. I then stated I run the risk of losing my payment from the return if I don't have a receipt. She said she could look up the tracking number, but I stated, since I was not given a receipt, then a tracking number was not available. She then became belligerent, as did I, and she hung up. No supervisor in the building, and she would not take my complaint
