We have not see a postal carrier for several days in our neighborhood. Mail sat in the box for several days until my husband drove it to this postal office. When we did talk to our carrier weeks ago he told us our neighborhood wasn’t a priority. What? I tried to call this office within the open hours but the phone just rang and rang. When we do go in periodically, the counter people have been friendly.

I placed a mail-hold request last week at the 5-mile location in Boise, Id 83709. I am out of town and, by my email, I can see the mail is still being delivered. I tried calling the post office multiple times and no one answers. This issue needs to be rectified, please. My number is (208) 841-8346. Mail hold was for: 3869 Summerset Way Boise, ID 83709
