9400108205497061170233 was delivered but the carrier didn't bother to scan when he/she delivered it, so it is appearing as "waiting for delivery scan" under tracking, and doesn't appear as delivered on eBay. I have a few other packages with USPS problems, so I suggest they hire people with a brain as well as a driver's license! It's no wonder they are losing money.
