Excellent 5 star service both from the Post Office itself (Jeremy) and the normal rural carrier for my route (8511) but the substitute carrier is a different story, not even a 1 star. My understanding is that the rural carrier is supposed to drive in and beep the horn when they have packages too large to fit in mailbox. Our regular carrier (Jennifer) always does and if we are not home, she even puts the packages in the garage. The substitute drives in but does not beep the horn, then leaves the packages outside in the driveway. He also puts first class letters inside folded advertisements or newspapers so have to be real careful about throwing things away if he delivers. Certainly, do not recommend him to ever have a permanent route. Doesn't care about providing reliable mail service at all. Maybe needs some training if he has never had any.
