Tiffany postal worker behind the counter was chuckling it up with someone at the counter. Made me wait in line and finally another worker came out from the back. I informed her last months water bill took 8 days to go across town and complained that I had been charged a late fee. She laughed about and said $4 wasn't that much. I'm retired and on a fixed income. She made it sound like it was my fault for not getting it time stamped. Someone should talk to her about being respectful to all customers regardless of age.
