The worst of the worst !!!!!!! Been here 30 + years & it's ALWAYS been bad but consistently keeps getting even worse. I have had more mail stolen & damaged than I can count. Filed complaints with post master and us postal inspector. All it got me was retaliation from the lady that's in charge of hove & naalehu. She held my mail (making me wait in the perpetual line for nearly an hour each time) just to find out she won't release it until I paid triple for one bulletin excuse after another. An example a paperclip made the letter need to be packaged in another envelope? When I tried to explain it had made it 4000 miles and ONLY then did the lady determine it had to be singled out for SPECIAL TREATMENT! A perfect example of what's wrong with our government! NEGATIVE FIVE HUNDRED STARS!!!!@%&^=^^
