Every time I call the phone number to the Keaau post ofc, NO ONE picks up. What's the point of having a recording to tell the caller that their call is being transferred to the next available clerk when "the next available clerk" doesn't pick up? After a minute of rings, it goes to a busy signal, so no way to leave a message either. A sender recently put my physical address on my pkg in error, and I gave advance notice via a letter which I left at the Keaau post office, for the Keaau postmaster to intercept it when it arrived in Keaau and hold it for me to pick up. Tracking says it was delivered and I assume it's been delivered to 4th Kaloli into a box I didn't sign up for nor have a key for. The postmaster did not call me as requested. VERY disappointed with Keaau post ofc. I want my pkg delivered to my current HC adrs or call me to pick it up!

I now live in Hilo and no longer have a Keaau mail address. I gave up HC2 Box 9523 in early 2024 and had my mail forwarded for a period. After the new mailboxes went into effect in my area, mail in my name has been delivered to 15-1688 Fifth Ave. I no longer have access to that box. Please find a way to just stop it so that the owner doesn't have to deal with. I did everything right. It's your problem. Thanks.
