I stop at my local Powder Springs post office this morning, Monday March 3, 2025 at 10:30 AM to ship a print out return label upon arrival a the counter I was told to tape the label to the package because according to the clerk that was not a ups store and they do not provide any self sticking envelope. Great the tape the clerk ask me to use contains letters so I tape the paper printed label and left the barcode without tape. The clerk loot at the package and said in a Ruud manner that i had cover some of the other codes. Well to me it is clear that tape was not suitable to tape the printed label since it contains letters. Why to use a crear tape instead. i believe the post office clerk should have been a little more nice or customer friendly. No wonder usps at my location has a 2 star on the review. (POOR CUSTOMER SERVI CE.

Erica is the most amazing associate. She took care of me and my daughter getting our passports and another gentleman at the same time with a smile and grace and was very fast and efficient. There was another woman, I am so sorry I did not catch her name. She started us off while Erica was in the back helping others. She took our papers to Erica to get started and was working on our getting our photos taken care of. Even helped my daughter get her ponytail less buffed for the pic lol. Anyway then she was off to help the line get down again. She was all over the place. Both women get 10 stars if I could.
