Absolutely horrible experience- sent a priority express package with signature requirement containing a valuable item, package was marked delivered to a mailbox in Lithonia nothing like the address number- no signature etc. Calling the post office there for 4 days- no less than 20 calls per day needing answers for an important client who's item is "MISSING"...no one will EVER answer. The carrier needs to be questioned as to the location or reason for dropping a secure package at just any mailbox or IF was actually delivered. ONLY giving 1 star because it's the only option next to 0.

A priority mail letter address to me was dropped at the Lithonia Georgia post office inside on November 23rd at approximately 5:00 p.m.. it has never been checked in or acknowledged. This is the second time this has happened at this post office.
