I live in a large residential apartment complex in Dawsonville. Our mail is delivered at a central location with small compartments for letters and small packages. Our larger packages are delivered to lock boxes at the same location. When our packages are too large to be in the regular mail boxes the package is then put into a lockable container. The mail carrier usually removes the key from the locker where are package is placed and places it into our mail compartment. In this case, on August 25th I received notification that I had received a package but no key was placed in my mail box. Today, August 27th, I still have not received any indication of which box my package is in. So in essence, I still do not have my package. I've had issues with this mail service and I am now advising companies than I buy a product from them to NOT use our US MAIL, but to ship via a commercial carrier instead. Not a Happy Customer.
