Over the past few months I have been experiencing missing mail. Most recently a gas card bill and birthday card. And those are only the ones I am aware of.

01/16/23 Dear Postmaster I mailed 59 Christmas cards on December 16, 2022, from your inside stamped drop box, and of the 59, only 2 were delivered. Of the 59, 25 were going to my office in Virginia Beach, Va. with the same address, just different employee names on the cards. This is not the first time that I mailed payments that never arrived. I was told by your staff that the outside drop box was robbed, and therefore I mail everything from the inside, which doesn’t appear to make a difference. Your service has forced me to pay utility bills online paying the processing fees of three to four dollars because I have no confidence that what I mail will reach its designation. I have lived all over the United States, and this has to be the worse post office in America. Sincerely Dennis Mahon PS Never received any of the Christmas card back nor any of the missing bills. I gave you one star because there were no zero stars
