I would rate 0 if it would let me! inside you usually have to wait until they finish their PERSONAL phone call. The mail carrier has damaged my property 3 times now!!!! she has also damaged my packages by shoving it in the mailbox. There was also a time i had to cut the package out of the mailbox because it was shoved so tight. This is absolutely horrendous. I've spoken to the postmaster a few times now and nothing changes. Not sure what to do to not get my property and packages not damaged????
