sent certified mail over a week ago to son in Tampa with his passport so he was able to board a flight home, since as of yesterday real ID is required to board all flights. As of today 5/6/25 he has yet to receive it. The tracking number says its at 3501 Bessie Coleman location for 3 days now. It would be great if the phone number listed on the postal website was actually operational. This is why Fed Ex and UPS are thriving. After asking my local Post Office what to do they said just wait. His flight is tomorrow. This is ridiculous!
