Have tried repeatedly tried to call but no answer. Need to know if there is a Christmas card for me in the dead letter file. My brother apparently sent it out without a stamp or return address. (He's mentally challenged). Please let me know if there is a card, and I will put the $.80 in an envelope and put it in the box when I know the card will be delivered. Address is Lot 1109 in Maple Leaf on Kings Hwy.

Horrible service, inefficient operations and employees who don't think. Was in line for almost 30 minutes, when I got to the window they told me I had to get into another line. There were NO signs to direct me. All I had to do was fill out a card to hold mail. After another 25 minutes, when I got to the window I said something about needing a sign to direct customers. She pointed at a sign that no one could see because it's on the door and it was opened away from sight and was not visible. I told them they need to put it above the door so everyone could see. She didn't care and became annoyed at my suggestion. After I completed the card, I had to wait in yet another line so the clerk could simply look at my driver's license. Very frustrating. No wonder people don't like the post office employees, because they put you through such an ordeal.

Absolutely useless phone response. No answer on multiple call attempts. Improper handling of USPS Redeliver Request for carrier delivery. No delivery.

I am not able to connect with anyone in your office. I was supposed to receive a letter from my brother today, your e -mail this morning said it was going to be delivered today 12/7/24. 3 pieces of mail, I only received 2. this letter was very important to me! This is not the first time something like this happened. You have no problem putting someone else's mail into my mailbox. 12/05/22 This is not about the post office but delivering certified mail. I have been waiting since last tuesday to receive a certified mail and it sat in a Virgina post office for 2 days and 2 days in this post office. As of 1200 I still have not received my certified mail that has important information in regard to my home owners insurance. This is the worst usps service I have experienced and not getting any better. Seems like the professional part of usps has failed. Dont trust usps.
