Yesterday morning I was dropping of a package. The Line was out the door into the lobby. Since I was sending a return with a prepaid label, I put the package in the drop box in the lobby. (not the bin that is closest to the door, but the one on the other side) This was more than 24 hours ago, and the package is still not showing as being received by USPS. (The bin was rather full and I had to close it a couple of times for my package to drop) I have tried to call several times and of course, no response and hang ups only. Received a link to rate the service, and of course this doesn't work either. This is crazy
