I’ve had a post office box at this location for 20 years. We tried to forward Mail and instead all of our mail was lost so we canceled the forwarding order. At this point we’ve not received any email in over three months and I have no idea where the mail is going because it’s not even being returned. We’ve tried endlessly to get a hold of people at this post office to remedy the situation. The post office just built us again to renew our box. We’re paying rent for a post office box that is sealed shut and mail that is being thrown out by the Post employees. How much worse can you get?

This last Monday my printer stopped working. I took a photo of the Return Label with the QR code and went off to the PO. The woman said no probem, asked me expand the QR which was no problem at all, she scanned the code the Return Label printed out and that was it. Today Thursday around 4 pm I had to do the same thing as printer is still not working. The woman said you have to print out the label. Go to the Library. Did something change since Monday? I did go to the Library but couldn't get into my email on my phone which they required. What other method could I use to send this package back. Thank you
