I just visited the location at Longboat Key to purchase stamps. Was ignored by the cashier who was waiting for a customer to complete documents for a package. He then took a further 10 minutes to complete his transaction. I was then served for my stamps. I was asked to complete a customer service survey on the screen and gave a poor review. I had been in the office for 15 minutes waiting to be served. The cashier took offence. Stormed away from the counter and despite me ringing the bell, she never came back. By this point, there were two people behind me in the line, one of them gave up waiting and left. The supervisor came out and tried to find the assistant - she could not be found. Then the manager came to the window and took payment and printed my receipt. In all I was in the office for 25 minutes - just to purchase stamps. The cashier behaved like a child.
