I went to the post office personally TWICE to have my mail forwarded. Gave the proper forms...your employees...both of them...took my Fl drivers license as proof that it was me. I stopped on the 20 of May and they still delivered my mail. Went in on the 21 to report issue and they said it would be taken care of...Now I get a letter saying the post office cannot forward my mail because they need to verify my identity...I am gone for 4 months. HELPPPPPP
