No Postmaster or a Supervisor, I was told by one of the clerks, If you have an issue they tell you to call the 800 number. What terrible customer service.

This post office, like all of them, is awful. They cannot give you the info you need, and do all they can to overcharge you. If you call, you wait on the phone for 30 minutes, then they tell you to go to their website, where you must type info for hours before any help. USPO are all dreadful and useless. From now on I go back to UPS
