I completed a change of address form to be effective on 6 Oct 2023. The carrier delivered mail on Oct 6. I told him it was supposed to be forwarded to my new address. He claimed ignorance on why it was in his delivery. While I have received mail via forwarding at my new address I have since found out mail that should have been forwarded was still being delivered to my old address. I tried calling both the 800 number and the local number. Both either list useless information or hang up on you. If I had another choice I use it as the USPS isn’t operating as it should.
