The tracking result shows "Your item was picked up at a postal facility." and "Delivered, Individual Picked Up at Postal Facility." 20 days passed since these statuses first apprared on January 13, 2025. But I did not pick up the item nor asked anyone to pick it up so who is the individual who picked up my item? It once answered my call on January 29, 2025 but stopped answering any more calls after that.
