It is an annual event. The Seawitch Festival in Rehoboth. Lo and Behold, thank goodness there is this event, otherwise, we would never get to see the postal clerk Della with a smile on her face. She must save those smiles up all year to drive around in her truck smiling and waving because the rest of the year, she is the most sour, nasty, entitled person ever to be in a customer service position and still keep her job. The other clerks mostly make up for her as they are all very nice and helpful. Too bad because I will drive to Nassau to avoid the potential of dealing with her.
