I have worked for more than 10 years at the Veterans Hospital, and I have rarely gone to the post office but I go at least once a week these couple of months for work and it is unfortunate how unprofessional the employee who works there is, first nothing, the flag is never in front of the post office (and a few veterans told me that) there was a veteran calling the employee to attend her and no one came out and I looked through the window and the employee with headphones was watching videos because she was very attentive looking at her cell phone, and it's not the first time! The same thing happened weeks ago and the truth is that that hasn't changed, I don't want to imagine veterans going through that every day for that employee who is more interested in her cell phone than in her work!
