I arrived today with my husband who had an appointment for passport appointment. He had mistakenly chosen one adult instead of 2 as I also desperately need one. We arrived an hour earlier to see whether it will be possible to accommodate both of us as we had everything ready including pictures. Celina ( I might had the spelling wrong, Asian women) immediately said it is not possible as each appointment takes 15 min. We come back at the appointment at 11, as we walk in Celina immediately goes to the person who was helping my husband ( Daneil) to tell him that I'm trying to be seen though I do not have an appointment. We learned that the 11:15 was already there halfway through their appointment. Daneil was able to process my husband papers within 5 min, when I asked if it is possible then to process my papers ( no pic was needed) he told me that he was already told that he cannot help me. She claims to be the manager, to bad that such a person with poor management skills is in charge. she is also a bully; When Daneil was trying to think of a creative way to try and help, she threatened to report him to the supervisor
