I’ve been in line for over 20 minutes. There’s only one person at the counter. When I got here, there were six people in front of me. I’m still not at the counter and there’s now six people behind me. Where are all the people for counter service?

I usually use this post office because I like the neighborhood atmosphere. Today I walked into the office and was welcomed with a big smile by Troy. His service was swift, he was fun to talk to and I left with a smile on my face promising I would send a shout-out of Thank You, job well done!
