It appears that USPS has lost an envelope that I entered into the system at the Mira Mesa mail kiosk. Your online tracking system show that the envelope was accepted on Mar 8 but, 12 days later, there is no delivery or other updated status. After numerous attempts, calling the MM office has been fruitless - they do not answer their phones. What am I supposed to do? The envelope contains time sensitive papers and the post office does not provide any means for finding this lost item.
