The new PO staff are very friendly and efficient. I would love to see extended lobby hours as packages I ship cannot be left at mailbox due to potential theft before carrier arrives. I often have to go to post office to ship item and the hours are not designed for working people convenience. I manage 2 multi family housing complexes and try to work with the carriers by updating tenant info with them . The regular carriers are great but we get MANY TRAINEES on this extended route which has A MUCH higher volume OF APARTMENTS and it is tough on their learning curve. My only complaint is the non-response from the Post Master General or Corporal --whoever manages the overall operation, when our mailboxes are broken into repeatedly. I report and report with the carrier and nothing is done. Also one master key for so many boxes in Sacramento puts the carriers in harm's way and tenants angry about stolen mail. I know the more recent thefts have been by someone with a master key as I have it on video. UPDATE: Finally, 3 months later, Arden Post Office sent someone to repair our damaged box and HE DID A WONDERFUL JOB as we haven't had any recent break-ins. Thanks for the input opportunity.
