Kevin is rude and lazy, numerous times now he has reused service, I asked for prepaid packages to be scanned so he did so in the past but only offered a receipt and stated he would not forward to my email, today he stated he would except the prepaid packages but would not scan to give me a receipt stating 'I do not have time for it so go to the main office if you want a receipt, don't come here' it appears as though he is offering a lessor service on purpose to discourage customers from using the smoke tree branch IMO. I would say it is time to have that retirement 'chat' with him for he is a disservice to USPS at this point.
