hello! frist of all ty for all you do! Now I will get down to the problem. I have your app that lets me know what mail I will get on what day, which is great! But on the 3/8/2024 I check to see what was coming this day and I see I had two checks coming plus some other things, most days I get my mail before 5 pm. so, I thought to myself cool so around 5 pm I go out to check my mail not there and about the same time I see a mail truck coming down the street I'm thinking ok I will get my mail, but no it keeps driving, it is now 8pm and i don't have my mail. I noticed that the driver of the mail jeep was an older lady, could this possibly be the reason? One last question, why do we not have a study person delivering our mail it seems about every 2 to 3 weeks we have someone new? Thank you Rocky Howell
