This post office continually provides subpar service, but our recent encounters have been in excusable. Tempe agents are rude and have a “don’t care attitude.” On 12/15/22, we brought our children for a passport appointment, we were yelled at because we were 10 minutes early and told to come back at our appointment time although agent was serving no one. Today, 1/9/23, I arrive for my 1:30pm passport appointment at 1:25, I wait in line until 1:35, when I get to the window for my 1:30 appointment, with no apology an agent tells me the passport agent is going to take a lunch come back in 30 minutes!!! What about my scheduled appointment and my following appointments, work, childcare, whatever it is! No regard for customer service or being another human being here in a regular basis!
