Mail carrier 2x recently left security lock on mail box unlocked with box open exposing 3 apartment addresses to mail theft. After filing complaint the first time and asking to be contacted by email, I am CALLED on my cell. Solutions given in message: Find mail carrier and ask them to return to lock the box;; UH NO! I am not racing around my neighborhood trying to find the carrier. 2nd solution : call the branch to report: I did..NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE after about 20 rings and it goes to an out of order signal. Add tis to the CONSTN+ANT delivery of other addresses mail to my box despite reporting over and over again and there is no question why the USPS is in such SAD shape financially and otherwise. I can't imagine during my working years being so shoddy and slovenly in my work ethic. I would have been fired in a heartbeat. But that low level of service seems to be the ;HIGH BAR; for this post office.PATHETIC!
