I am 74 years old with arthritis of the back. My family and I have lived in this community for over 60 years. I have had a P.O. Box # 8984 for over 30 years. We received no notice renewal but I sent my daughter in to check on it. The box was locked and no renewal info was in the box (clerk checked it). Lines are out the door, mostly seniors like me, not answering the phone, people complaining that their PO Boxes conintent have been stolen; I'm sorry but wht the hell is going on there? It is as if they have gone crazy and really don't care about the people, especially the seniors. I can be reached @ 323-295-0688 if anyone cares to tell me how I can pay without standing in that ridiculous line. This is Elder Abuse!
