Your carrier has once again stolen my mail and conveniently, you just don't want to answer the phone. This is the 3rd time in a little over 3 months, so NO, it's not the holidays. He didn't even enter in the correct tracking number ... and YOU of course, can't fire him if the customer doesn't come into your office to file a complaint. Seriously? You never intend to fire someone for things you do yourself. Thankfully, I've been able to blackball you from eBay, so don't wonder why shipments from them are being reduced.
