I am a PO box holder on auto renewal which takes place in June. I received in my box a renewal notice for January. Yet I cannot get ANY clarification on whether this applies to my auto renewal in which I have six months remaining. I have tried calling at different times and different days yet CAN NEVER connect to speaking with ANYONE. This gets quite frustrating in that I have to listen to the same BULLSHIT messages just to get hung up on. Online help for this situation is also NON-EXISTENT his is one screwed up operation and all you people want is more money for everything and continue providing poor service. Even this feedback I am sure will be an exercise in futility...you people just don't care for your customers.

I am wondering what is wrong with the delivery service. We had 4 days last week with no service (Brookside dr.) and today Monday (8/12) - no service either. Got the similar feedback from one of our neighbors as well. In addition we always have problems with vacation holds. It appears to me that nobody pays attention or even cares. Management is needed.
