Your facility received a package from ups the 26th of Dec. I have gone to pick up 4x since then they found the tracking number to palmer post office, you receiving it and from there your employees are not sure where it went. Could someone please get back with me on this matter. I have left my name and number and box number with desk. po box 2691 I need reimbursement or my packages. Thank you Kelly 907-715-2212

I received notice that a package I ordered was delivered to My PO Box, days and days go by with no sign of it, they filled out paperwork and said the postmaster would contact me, they didn't, this was a $ 150 Game Cam from Bass Pro, they put it in the wrong PO box. Some dishonest POS has a new camera. I am wasting my life of going back to a PO that doesn't care, nothing is happening. I have had the same overpriced PO box for 43 years, so disgusted, my time was worth way more than the $150 I lost.
