Nobody answers the phone. After someone called and left the complete wrong information, we can’t get anyone to answer. The desk at the post office tells us to call.

This post office has lost , delayed or misdedivered our mail constantly over the last 4 years We have made new friends with similar addresses & give each other their/our misdelivered mail. I have had to file lost mail inquires only to find out that the items in question have just been sitting in store for weeks. SURPRISE, it was here all along. I don't know what the problem is with this branch but it seems that NOBODY CARES about their job here. Most (but not all) "lost" items" eventually turn up but why must I have to jump through hoops, file claims & wait for weeks just to get my mail delivered? The POSTMASTER is the boss & they aren't doing a good job here. We all make mistakes but this PO is ridiculous.
